Shaffer Flat Fee

The Shaffer Flat Fee is traditional in every way except pricing.  We allow you to pay a flat fee up front to buy down the commission you pay on the backend.  It is all inclusive, covering everything all the way through having an agent attend your closing. Pricing for the Shaffer Flat Fee is $495 + 1.5% x sales price of home at closing.   There are no hidden fees for lockboxes, signs or brochure boxes.   Take the time to compare us to our competitors and you'll find they charge from $95 to $150 for a Supra iKey compatible lockbox, extra to get a brochure box or to put up extra pictures on MLS and FMLS.  With Shaffer & Associates Realty you get everything for the price we quote - no hidden fees.   We help you lower the price, not your expectations!

Shaffer Traditional

The Shaffer Traditional Plan is a low commission, no upfront expense, listing plan.  Most brokerages charge 6% to 7% for traditional listing services.  We charge 5.5%  (2.5% for us and 3% to the buyers broker), still saving you up to 1.5%.  Also, if we find you a buyer who is not currently working with an agent you keep the 1/2 the commission that is allocated for the buyer's broker!

 

BUYERS

Shaffer & Associates Realty offers 1% BUYER REBATES!   Our first goal when working with any buyer is to assist you in finding the right property and negotiating the lowest possible price.   We are then with you every step of the way until closing.  At closing Shaffer & Associates Realty will rebate 1% of the final purchase price of your home.*   To find out more click on the Buyers tab to the left of the page.
